2. Data we collect
Contact form submissions
Name, email address, selected engagement, project scope description, and message content when you submit our contact form.
Engagement data
When you become a client, we process business contact details, campaign data you provide for analysis, billing information, and correspondence related to the engagement.
Site usage
If you accept analytics cookies, we collect anonymised page-view data via a lightweight analytics script. See our Cookie Policy for details.
3. Purposes and legal bases
- Responding to inquiries and preparing service estimates (contract initiation / legitimate interest)
- Performing analytics engagements (contract performance)
- Invoicing and accounting (legal obligation / contract)
- Improving Site content through aggregated analytics (consent where required)
4. Retention
Contact form submissions are retained for 24 months unless an engagement proceeds, in which case they become part of the client file. Client engagement records and deliverables are retained for seven years after project completion for legal and professional reference. Analytics cookie data is retained for 14 months.
5. Sharing and international transfers
We do not sell personal data. We share data only with subprocessors necessary to operate the Site (hosting) or perform engagements (e.g., secure file transfer), under contractual confidentiality obligations. Some subprocessors may process data outside the Republic of Korea; where required, we implement appropriate safeguards.
6. Your rights

7. Security
We use encryption in transit, access controls on client files, and staff training on data handling. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Children
Our Site and services are directed at business professionals. We do not knowingly collect data from individuals under 16.

We may update this policy by posting a revised version on the Site. Material changes will be noted by updating the date above.
