These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website at webdogwoodpath.click ("Site") operated by Dogwood Path Analytics Co., Ltd. ("Dogwood Path," "we," "us"). By accessing the Site or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

Dogwood Path provides media audience and campaign performance analytics services as described on the Site. Service scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees are defined in a written estimate or engagement letter agreed before work begins. Information on the Site is descriptive and does not constitute a binding offer until confirmed in writing.

2. Acceptable use

You may use the Site for lawful purposes related to learning about and contacting Dogwood Path. You may not attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, scrape the Site in a manner that impairs its operation, or use the Site to transmit malicious code or unlawful content.

3. Intellectual property

Site content — including text, layout, graphics, and the Dogwood Path name — is owned by or licensed to Dogwood Path and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Deliverables created under a paid engagement are governed by the engagement letter; unless otherwise agreed, clients receive a licence to use reports internally for planning and decision-making.

4. Client responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate data and timely responses during engagements. Delays in data transfer or stakeholder availability may extend timelines. Clients are responsible for ensuring they have rights to share data provided to Dogwood Path for analysis.

5. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided "as is." We make reasonable efforts to keep information current but do not warrant that Site content is complete or error-free. Analytics deliverables reflect data supplied and definitions agreed at scoping; we do not guarantee specific business outcomes from acting on report findings.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by the laws of the Republic of Korea, Dogwood Path shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site or our services. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to a specific engagement shall not exceed the fees paid for that engagement.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Korea, with preference for courts having jurisdiction over Chungcheongnam-do where practical.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on the Site. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
