Refund & cancellation policy

This policy applies to paid engagements with Dogwood Path Analytics Co., Ltd. including campaign performance reviews, audience segmentation reports, executive briefing sessions, and monthly analytics retainers.

1. Deposit and invoicing

Project engagements invoice 50% on scope confirmation and 50% on deliverable completion. Retainer engagements invoice monthly in advance. Payment is due within 14 days of invoice date by bank transfer.

2. Cancellation by client before work begins

If you cancel after paying the initial deposit but before we begin substantive analysis, we refund the deposit minus a ₩200,000 administrative fee to cover scoping time already performed. Cancellation must be submitted in writing to info@webdogwoodpath.click.

3. Cancellation after work has started

Once data analysis has commenced, the deposit is non-refundable. We invoice only for work completed to the cancellation date, calculated at the agreed daily rate prorated from the total engagement fee. Partial deliverables already produced remain our intellectual property unless full payment is received, at which point licence terms from the engagement letter apply.

4. Rescheduling briefings

Executive briefing sessions and final presentation meetings may be rescheduled once without charge if requested at least 5 business days in advance. Late rescheduling within 48 hours of the session incurs a ₩350,000 rebooking fee to cover printed folio and room preparation costs.

5. No-shows

Failure to attend a scheduled briefing without prior notice is treated as delivery completed. No refund is issued for the briefing portion of the engagement fee.

6. Retainer cancellation

Retainer agreements require 6 months minimum commitment. After the minimum period, either party may cancel with 30 days written notice. Monthly fees already invoiced and paid are non-refundable. Unused prep time within the notice period may be credited toward a final ledger deliverable by mutual agreement.

7. Non-refundable items

• Third-party panel or data licensing fees already incurred on your behalf
• Travel and accommodation costs for on-site briefings once booked
• Printed folio production costs after materials enter printing
• Scoping and administrative fees after substantive work begins

8. Refund process

Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original bank account used for payment. Refund requests: info@webdogwoodpath.click with invoice number and reason. We confirm eligibility within 5 business days.

9. Cancellation by Dogwood Path

We may cancel an engagement if you fail to provide required data within 30 days of agreed deadlines despite written reminders, or if payment is more than 21 days overdue. In such cases, fees for work completed to date remain due; unearned prepaid amounts are refunded.

10. Disputes

We aim to resolve billing concerns directly. Unresolved disputes are subject to the governing law provisions in our Terms of Service.
